Human Resource Management: Learn techniques for managing human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Sustainable Business Practices: Understand the principles of sustainable and stable business operations and how to implement them in various business contexts.

Business Research Skills: Acquire essential research skills to conduct independent business research, analyze data, and apply findings to real-world business scenarios.

Critical and Analytical Thinking: Enhance logical, critical, and argumentative thinking skills to support managerial decision-making and problem-solving.

In addition to the entry requirements, candidates applying to the program are also assessed for their suitability by the admissions committee before joining the program to ensure that they can acquire and benefit from the program.

Entry requirements:

To enrol this program, learners must possess one of the criteria below:

• • Completed high school, over 23 years old, and have at least 2 years of work experience;

• • Or graduated vocational schools/college or completed 2nd year of Bachelor of Business Administration;

• • Or attained a Level 5 Diploma under the NQF/QCF/RQF system or its equivalent.

English requirements:

If a learner is not from a predominantly English-speaking country, proof of English language proficiency must be provided.

• • Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2 or equivalent;

• • Or A minimum TOEFL score of 101 or IELTS 6.5; Reading and Writing must be at 6.5 or equivalent.

Learning method:

The Fully Online or Hybrid learning model (conditionally applied), allowing students to study with original programs from Switzerland and partner countries.
