Program in Details
Introduction
The MBA in Human Resource Management program is more than an academic pursuit—it's a strategic investment tailored to meet learners' evolving needs and the demands of today’s dynamic business environment. Designed to prepare students for real-world challenges in administration, management, and HR processes, the program emphasizes both strategic insight and practical application.
During the dissertation phase, learners will study under the coordination and delivery of SIMI Swiss’s official representative partner in the Middle East, based in the United Arab Emirates. The experience fosters engagement with faculty, industry professionals, and peers from diverse backgrounds, which helps broaden global perspectives and strengthen professional networks.
Upon graduation, learners will earn:
- MBA in Human Resource Management awarded by Wrexham University.
- Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Talent Development from the Swiss Information and Management Institute (SIMI Swiss).
- Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management from OTHM, recognized by Ofqual (UK.Gov).
Program Structure
The program consists of 6 modules and a Master’s Capstone Project, totaling 180 UK/90 ECTS Credits, lasting a minimum of 1.5 years.

Entry Requirements
In addition to the entry requirements, candidates applying to the program are also assessed for their suitability by the admissions committee before joining the program to ensure that they can acquire and benefit from the program.
Entry requirements:
To enroll this program, learners must possess one of the criteria below:
- A Bachelor’s qualification in Majors from accredited universities;
- Or a Level 6 EQF diploma or equivalent. Level 6 Diploma must be from organizations that are authorized to issue qualifications and have been accredited.
English requirements:
If a learner is not from a predominantly English-speaking country, proof of English language proficiency must be provided.
- Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2 or equivalent;
- Or A minimum TOEFL score of 101 or IELTS 6.5; Reading and Writing must be at 6.5 or equivalent.

The program is designed based on a self-study model with automated learning processes, following the STEP framework:
