1. Degree Acceptance
   The Parties expressly disclaim any guarantee of acceptance of a degree by any third party. The acceptance or rejection of a degree is entirely at the discretion of the receiving entity, and no assurances are made by the Parties regarding such acceptance.
2. Employment Outcomes
   The Parties explicitly disclaim any guarantee concerning salary increments, promotions, new employment opportunities, or acceptance of employment following graduation. The Parties make no representations regarding the employment outcomes of graduates.
3. Degree Recognition and Equivalence
   While regulations exist concerning the cross-recognition and equivalence of qualifications, it is essential to understand that each country, organization, or entity has the right to independently acknowledge and recognize its own qualifications. The Parties do not guarantee the automatic recognition of degrees in the process of diploma or certificate issuance, including the issuing of transcripts, by any of our members. Furthermore, the Parties do not endorse or guarantee the process of recognizing equivalent qualifications (if applicable).
4. Immigration, Employment, and Work Permits
   The Parties do not assure or commit to facilitating opportunities for immigration, employment abroad, obtaining work permits, teaching permits, or professional licenses in the UK, Europe, or any other jurisdiction.
5. Visa Approval
   While the Parties extend maximum support, they do not guarantee 100% approval of student visas (in the case of full-time study) or Schengen visas (for attendance at the graduation ceremony in Europe), particularly if learners do not meet the specific requirements set by the host country or the competent authorities responsible for immigration, relocation, and settlement in other countries.
