The Master of Arts in Education Management and Innovation Pedagogy (MAEMIP) Dual Qualifications program is a practice management program that combines leading pedagogical management methods from the UK with the Swiss Training System’s model that considered education as a special service.

The program not only focuses on pedagogical management but also helps learners understand the process deeply to form an excellent training model with the combined processes of formulating program based on learners’ needs; forming syllabus based on international standards; forming assessment and examination systems; forming a system for assessing the quality of the faculty and the overall quality of the program.

Upon graduating, the program offers joint recognition and qualifications, solidifying professional skills across education areas:

• • Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership from OTHM to demonstrate expert competency in the context of workforce transitions.

The program consists of 6 modules and a Master’s Capstone Project, totaling 180 UK credits, lasting a minimum of 1.5 years.

  • Leading Reflective Practice in Education (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)
  • Research Methods in Education (20 UK/10 ECTS Credits)

After each module, learners will take an ending exam. The end-of-module exams are application-oriented essays to help learners review knowledge, apply knowledge in the workplace, and improve the practical environment.

The program's central training philosophy starts with understanding the theory and case studies currently applied in world enterprises and then applies the learned knowledge to the enterprises themselves and the learners’ business environment. In addition to the entry requirements, candidates applying to the program are also assessed for their suitability by the admissions committee before joining the program to ensure that they can acquire and benefit from the program.

Entry requirements:

To enroll this program, learners must possess one of the criteria below:

• • A Bachelor’s qualification in Majors from accredited universities; 

• • Or a Level 6 EQF diploma or equivalent. Level 6 Diploma must be from organizations that are authorized to issue qualifications and have been accredited.

English requirements:

If a learner is not from a predominantly English-speaking country, proof of English language proficiency must be provided.

• • Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2 or equivalent;

• • Or A minimum TOEFL score of 101 or IELTS 6.5; Reading and Writing must be at 6.5 or equivalent.

Learning method:

The Fully Online or Hybrid learning model (conditionally applied), allowing students to study with original programs from Switzerland and partner countries. This enables students to achieve qualifications equivalent to those of full-time international students without the need to live in or attend on-site activities. • • Students studying in other programs wish to transfer results to programs at E-University and partner universities.

• • Courses previously completed (with transcripts, results, or proof of study) must fully or partially correspond to the courses in the E-University program and its partner universities.
