This program not only equips students with the analytical tools and critical thinking skills necessary for decision-making but also emphasizes leadership, ethical considerations, and global business perspectives.

In this program, after earning the Professional Diploma at Level 11 from LEB, learners have the opportunity to pursue an MBA. This next step involves completing the Master’s Stage, which is delivered online by LEB based on the partnership between LEB and the University of Gloucestershire. Following this, SIMI Swiss will also award the Master of Science in Organization Management at the final stage.

Upon graduating, the program offers joint recognition and qualifications, solidifying professional skills across various business management areas:

    • Professional Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) from London Examinations Board (Level 11 SCQF, equivalent to EQF level 7);
    • Master of Business Administration from the University of Gloucestershire (Master’s stage delivered online by LEB);
    • Based on the final result, SIMI Swiss also issue Master of Science in Organization Management.

Second stage – Master Dissertation:

The Master’s Top-up Stage is delivered online by LEB through a collaborative agreement with the University of Gloucestershire. Learners will study directly with instructors from the LEB, which is approved by the University of Gloucestershire, and within the University of Gloucestershire system:

Teaching and learning strategies:

The program's central training philosophy starts with understanding the theory and case studies currently applied in world enterprises and then applies the learned knowledge to the enterprises themselves and the learners’ business environment. In addition to the practical knowledge, the program also equips the necessary skills for a business leader and manager in the volatile and risky global business context.

The program is Learner-centered and focuses on solving learners’ problems:

The Learner-centered training method will focus on solving learners’ problems through background knowledge and case studies that are applied in successful businesses worldwide. Through each module, learners will step by step solve management problems that they face every day with the guidance of the theoretical system, the practice system, expert lecturers and local teaching assistants.
